Limitations of this cover lift:

• Clearance required: Rear 20"
• Maximum spa height is 40 inches tall (measured from the bottom of the spa to the top of the acrylic - you don't have to include the cover in the measurement)
• Will it work for In-Deck Spas? - No
• The typical installation will not work on soft-sided spas, as you are supposed to fasten the bracket to the side of the hot tub
