Return Policy

All products sold by Hot Tub Essentials come complete with the manufacture's warranties. Special orders, hot tub covers, circuit boards, and electrical parts that have been installed, are returnable for warrantee repair or replacement only.

Spa packs, pumps, and other electrical items that have not been installed, can be returned but will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Other items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

To return something, please email us within 14 days after delivery for a return authorization number. Please include your phone number and we will explain how and where to ship to. It is very important you email us before shipping items back or additional fees will apply. Our head office is in Canada and this is the address you will see on your receipt. If our shipping advice is not followed, items sent to this address may result in customs brokerage fees.

We will credit your credit card the instant we receive your package back postage paid. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping when you bought the item, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost.
