Most parts are interchangeable between Executive 48 frame & 56 frame pumps, however the volutes are different (#9 above) and be careful when selecting your impeller.
If you have a pump built before 2006, the current faceplates (#4 above) will not match up with older volutes (#9 above), and vice versa. If you have an older pump and require a faceplate or volute, you need to replace the complete wet end.
#1 - Air Relief Plug, 3/8" (bleed valve).
#4 - 2.0" Faceplate for Executive Wet Ends. (2.0" threads measure 3.0" on the outside of the threads)
#4 - 2.5" Faceplate for Executive Wet Ends. (2.5" threads measure 3.5" on the outside of the threads)
#5 - O-Ring for the Volute on Waterway Executive Pumps.
#6 - Wear Ring for 1 HP, 2 HP & 3 HP Executive Pumps.
#6 - Wear Ring for 4 HP, 4.5 HP & 5 HP Executive Pumps.
#7 - Impeller for 1.0 HP - 48 Frame Executive Pumps.
#7 - Impeller for 1.0 HP - 56 Frame Executives or 1.5 HP - 48 Frame Executives.
#7 - Impeller for 2.0 HP - 56 Frame, 2.0 HP - 48 Frame, 3.0 HP - 48 Frame Executive Pumps.
#7 - Impeller for 3.0 HP - 56 Frame or 4.5 HP - 48 Frame Executive Pumps.
