Our best selling cover is our 4 inch - 2 inch tapered, made with 1.5 lb foam. We also sell a less expensive version made with 1.0 lb foam. The difference between the two covers is the density of the foam. Foam is rated by its' weight per cubic foot. In other words, if you had a cubic foot of 1.0 lb foam, it would weigh 1.0 lb. A 1.0 lb foam cover will be slightly lighter in weight and have a lower R-Value (insulating value).

A 1.0 lb cover will indent easier if you lean on it with your elbows and it will break easier if a large pet jumps on it. The 2.0 lb foam cover has the highest R-Value and is the strongest. Click here to read about R-Values (insulation values) for hot tub covers.

Tempered aluminum center channel supports and high strength insulating foam, allow our spa covers to handle heavy snow loads without warping.

Zipper Access
Heavy-duty zipper for marine applications is expertly sewn in, allowing for easy access to foam inserts.

Poly Sealed Foam Inserts
All inserts are vacuum-heat sealed in 4 mil poly for extra protection against moisture.

Vapor Skirt Flap
Designed to keep heat and moisture in your spa.

Precision Manufacturing
Our foam inserts are computer cut to ensure a perfect fit, while the remainder of the hot tub cover is hand made with top quality workmanship.

Hinge Seal
Our hinges have small pillows that compress when you close the cover. The hinge will seal effectively to avoid moisture loss and conserve energy.

Locking Straps
