Please provide all measurements in inches. When measuring your hot tub, add an inch to the overall length and width, to make sure the cover fits properly.
If you measure your existing cover, this is not necessary.

Cover will fold Vertically as illustrated by the line in the above diagrams (be sure your measurements correspond if you want your cover to open in a certain direction). If you want your cover to be split in the opposite direction, please change the selection below:

How to measure the corner radius on rounded corner hot tubs:

Use a carpenters square on the corner of your existing cover or on the corner of your hot tub. You want to measure from the inside corner of the square - to where the square first touches the cover.

It is important that you don't order your cover too small, but it is perfectly fine to be a little big. For example, if you are not sure if the radius is 5.5 inches or 5 inches, use the smaller measurement of 5 inches. By using the smaller measurement, less of the corner will be cut off and this will result in a larger cover.
